Encryptr's current password generator is weak. Will there be a stronger password generator on the works?

Yup! This is planned in a post 2.0 update! (see: #49)

Well, I assume you mean it is weak in terms of length, etc (the modulo bias has been determined to be minuscule at best).

I am hoping to add configurable lengths and charsets to a post 2.0.0 update as @helveticade said.
