3.3.0 Blue RC1 Does not update the files. Longpress> refresh favorite does. iOS only

not true for 3.3.0 RC2 BPC

We have a report from a user on our 3.3.0 iOS release of continuing problems with refresh showing the old version of the file contents - reported in ZD issue 607993.

This issue also seems to overlap with #719, though that issue doesn't indicate which platform.
