That is a bug, but I'm going to need help to reproduce it. I'm certain nothing has changed in the billing api so this bug has been around for a while.
Pay attention before the daily billing update and see it you can figure out how to reproduce it.
I feel like I've always seen this, but been told before that I must just be looking before the time of day when changes sync.

What happened with the billing last night?
Thanks for the reminder. Nothing appears to have happened, no new emails and current plan still shows 13 even though I have 23 users as of yesterday.
Today it finally shows the correct data. (Yesterday it was still incorrect) This is after I had attempted to update my card on file to mixed results (see #228).
Description
Charge is based on # of users.
Expected result
Increase or decrease in users is tabulated at end of day.
Actual result
Shows 14 users everywhere except Manage tab home page, where Billing shows 13 users. I have no new users today, last new user was added June 18 and I can't remember when I last deleted a user but at the most recent it would have been the same day. This really should show 14 everywhere.
