Currently, you can add items to your watchlist with alerts being sent if the targeted item drops below a certain price. This function could be elevated by adding the option to define this value as a percentage instead of a hard number.
For example : I am looking for a switch, I'd like to purchase the switch at 25% off. There is no way currently to add this to the watchlist.
