[Bug] Extensions load twice in installed (but not portable) instances #266

Describe the bug If Dorion is installed via MSI, extensions in the %appdata%/dorion/extensions folder will be loaded twice. If Dorion is run from a portable install, it will only be loaded once

To Reproduce ^

System Info (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 11
Version: v6.2.0
Extra Client Mods/Plugins: None

Additional context/Screenshots The logs for either are identical, there are no suspicious duplicate extension logs:
