[Feature Request] Portals Need to be Interacted with to Allow use #103

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am hosting a server with multiple small groups. It would be nice for players/groups to have their own sets of portals so no one is tempted to steal/skip progress through the use of the Spawn portal/any other portal.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like for portals to be "hidden" unless "discovered". The most straightforward solution would be to have the player interact with the portal once to "activate" it for them. An option to "share" a portal(s) would also help if someone was rebuilding their base and wanted to give the portal to their teammates elsewhere. A crafting recipe using [Greydwarf Eyes] resulting in a [Linked Compass] could be used to give players the portal.

Describe alternatives you've considered Either password-protected portals, or allow portals to be given tags which allows groups of that tag to go through. Portals and players should be able to have multiple tags each.

Hi @Razor0000, thank you for your suggestion. I don't have a lot of time right now but I will put it on the list of things to look at. I think this should be doable :)
