Auto-add portal pin to map? #99

Hi Spike!

Would it be possible to automatically add a named pin to the map when placing/naming a portal (and also update the pin name if portal name was changed)?

I know there's sebdei's PortalMarker that used to do this, but with the latest EA update it was broken and I'm guessing sebdei has stopped modding long ago.

I figured this would be a good time to ask to incorporate this into XPortal.

Of course, if you have a portal hub with a lot of portals then it could get messy, so maybe there could be a proximity feature to only allow 1 pin in an area, say 100 meters.

Ooh, maybe? I've never used the cartography table feature (play solo) so my request was just my personal map, but in essence I think lumpus and my request are almost identical.
