custom Allen cell model template wrong data format available #130

Hi!

I'm trying to use your notebook to create a custom Allen cell model template https://github.com/alejoe91/MEArec/blob/master/notebooks/generate_recordings_with_allen_models.ipynb .

However, when I follow the links to the cell models, I can only download them in .NWB format and don't get them in the described .zip file format. Is there a way to still use this notebook with the new .NWB format?

Hi @Yawende

You have to select the model with Select neuronal model (choose Biophysical - perisomatic). Once you selected the model, you'll see the Download model link appear below the plots and you can download the zip file.

The NWB file are only for the electrical responses
