Connectomes (not ready to merge this minute, pre-emptive). #3

I managed to make my online fork up to date relative to a very recently.

I made a branch and a subdirectory called connectomes (this is where I will put Allen connectomes too).

Its not ready to merge yet, I will keep adding to it based on polishing and any thing you want to change.
