Wrong version (2.5) is installed by default #1379

Apparently, when adding gem "spina" to your Gemfile, bundle will install version 2.5 by default, instead of the latest (v2.18).

It actually does. Just have it a try with bundle add spina. Pulled 2.5.0 in. Weird. I thought such numbering issues are a thing of the past with 5 identified as > 1[0-9]

But if that's the case wouldn't it go with 2.9?
