Spina 1.2.0 -> Spina-2.0.0 upgrade doesn't change mobility.rb #641

Following the guide I updated my (nearly brand new) Spina 1.2.0 install to Spina 2.0.0-alpha.

config/initializers/mobility.rb was not updated, and I needed to delve into the lib/task/generators to get the new format before I could run rails spina:convert_page_parts_to_json.

Good find. Mobility was updated to 1.0 after we released 2.0.0.alpha. We should create a new release so it matches the new version.
