CI broken, docker use Python 3.13 but it dropped imghdr #269

I'm not fluent with docker stuff, but https://github.com/SpinalHDL/SpinalDoc-RTD/actions/runs/11513946414/job/32051584090 failed because it seems the docker now use a too recent version of python ?

On another RTD i workarounded it by trowing docker by the window, changes done here : https://github.com/SpinalHDL/VexiiRiscv-RTD/blob/master/.github/workflows/push-doc.yml

How to handle SpinalDoc-RTD ?
