This PR:

Fixes the typo in the file name of the outdated script plugin name.
Removes DependencyResolution.kt file under /buildSrc/src/main/kotlin/io/spine/internal/gradle/ was added. The file recently resides under buildSrc for quite some time. The duplication cases build failures for subprojects that were not updated recently.
Simplifies working with properties of the Repository class.
Fixes a reference in KDoc.

@armiol, @yevhenii-nadtochii, there are some newer warnings under buildSrc at the usage sites that I'd like to address in this PR. I've turned this PR back to draft.

I'll re-ask your review once again a bit later today.
