This changeset updates the versions of gcloud-java dependencies. In particular:
core-java and base are updated to the latest 1.8.2 release;
Cloud Datastore version is set to 2.8.0;
Cloud Pubsub V1 version is set to 1.101.1;
Cloud Trace version is set to 2.2.0.
Additionally, the Travis CI configuration has been replaced by the GH actions configuration. As this changeset does not target the master branch (but rather, v1), the CI steps still do not include any publishing. The publishing is still performed manually if needed.
The year value in the copyright headers has been updated to 2022.
