This PR updates the dependency on ProtoData, adjusting non-compatible API calls.

.gitignore now correctly include files under build directories that contain source code.
Updated dependencies on Base, Reflect, and Logging libraries.
Enabled previously disabled tests, adjusting assertions to the new layout of the generated code.
