Enable Kotlin static code analysis, update `config` #168

This PR:

Adds workflow for static analysis of Kotlin code using Detekt.
Updates dependencies using the latest config.
Removes Travis build.
Adds local dependency objects HttpComponents, OpenCensus, and ThreeTen.
Addresses security reports in client-js module.
Addresses some deprecations introduced in recent versions of dependencies.
