Add code annotations to the SpineCreator header files #101

We need an "intention" for all the classes in SpineCreator, along with as many "intention comments" for the attributes and methods in the classes. I want to work quickly through all of these as a first job for the hackathon.

Paul commented the CLclasses.h header. Alex commented several of the SC headers. Progress made!
