Runtime error with fs2 v2.0.0 #40

I'd need to use fs2-http with fs2 v2.0.0, but I'm getting the following runtime error:

this is with v0.4.1.

The way sockets work was changed in fs2 2.0.0. You'll have to stick to 1.x for now.

I tried to address this issue with PR #41.
