Adding systemd-timesyncd #184

systemd-timesyncd is necessary to synchronize time from NTP server.

Hi there, systemd-timesyncd is just one of the many options for time sync. Most of the desktop environments' clock GUI settings expect chrony or ntp, which is configured for each edition.
