After installing Spiral Linux to my NVMe ssd (manual install,UEFI with secure boot disabled), i have no boot entry, and so the pc boots directly into firmware.
I am booting the iso from ventoy, but do far its the only iso i tried that showed such behaviour.
I also tried fixing it from chroot but grub-install for efi target says that efi variables are not supported. From outside chroot it works fine (tested with efibootmgr). I also tried forcing the entry from efibootmgr to no avail.
Partition layout was
300mb esp
60gb btrfs
Remainder of the disk: ext4
