Add Travis CI configuration #5

This PR provide a Travis CI configuration for this repository. For each commits tests will be run, the code will be cross-compiled for Linux, MacOS and Windows (only for 64bits architecture) and for each new tags the binaries will be uploaded to GitHub release. Travis CI need to be enabled on this repository, and the 'api_key' changed.
