Rate_vs_Range.fftc --> Moved all STC configuration in TC to QC

stc_quickcall_library.fftc --> Created NEW STC QCs stc.ffsp --> Removed some specific information from STC session profile wifi_Automation.tbml --> Update topology with updated stc information configuration file --> Removed information which are not required.
