make sv_aim default to 1, and saved in config #54

Here's an easy one! Merge it if you still are in favor of doing this.

As I have some time in the near future I'm going to try to knock off some of the "out-of-the-box experience improvements" you mentioned in your mail a while back. Several of them are straightforward enough that we might as well just make the change instead of filing an issue.

Current QuakeSpasm devel build, for comparison, defaults it to 1 but doesn't archive it.

Since reQuiem exposes this in the GUI option menus, it seems like reQuiem should archive it.
