We tried to reproduce this issue on your website but, we were unable to. In case you face this issue again, do the below:
@socialengineaddons
Here is the error you requested
As I said this is intermittent issue so hard to reproduce unless you actively use the website daily
Also Ctrl+ U took us to view-source:http://www.furgather.net/members/home
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_4vlBCneKvnQm1vcXV0NHNNT1U/view?usp=sharing
Thanks for the doc but, we do not need this. When the css will break, you will get only 2-3 lines of code on the view source page and there will be a single link with .css extension. We just need this.
@socialengineaddons This is what it gave my users when I told them to hit Ctrl+U, it does not give us the 2-3 lines like you said, I've had multiple people who have gotten the white page to hit Ctrl+ U and we get the same results in that doc each time.
You will get that only in the case when css breaks down.
@socialengineaddons I have told multiple people to do as you suggested the ctrl+U thing, we keep getting the above error in full when the white page pops up on every browser its the same thing....
please see user complaining about said issue here - http://www.furgather.net/profile/nikki/action_id/23952/show_comments/1
Can you please please have someone look into this, I am almost postive its one of your plugins at this point, As this was NOT happening before you guys started pushing updates out, and your the ONLY plugin creator I have that actually updates their plugins.
@socialengineaddons
I was able to get this issue by accident on the splash page of the website, so I did a bit more analysis to look into it.
Here are my findings, which I hope will assist you all.
The HTML files generated are the same. (html_fg_normal.txt and html_fg_whitepage.txt respectively) html_fg_normal.txt html_fg_whitepage.txt
When using the Inspector from Firefox's developer tools, I noticed that the CSS was missing and therefore unrendered.
The unrendered CSS corresponds to this URL: http://www.furgather.net/application/css.php?request=application%2Fthemes%2Fresponsivetheme-modified%2Ftheme.css&c=321&pageStart=311588&pageEnd=595830
The link above is referenced at http://www.furgather.net/application/css.php?request=application/themes/responsivetheme-modified/theme.css&c=321
Doing a normal refresh of the page still resulted in the issue. Instead, a Ctrl-F5 was required.
Experience tells me that we're dealing with one of these issues:
CSS file in cache becomes corrupt; solution is typically to force it to download every time. One of the solutions here is ingenious for that purpose. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18543776/why-is-my-css-not-updating-in-web-browser
CSS file is large enough (in this case, 280KB) that it doesn't always download when rendering the webpage. The solutions I know of would require either (1) writing a fresh all-inclusive stylesheet and ignoring default stylesheets, or (2) some intelligent generation of CSS which removes selectors/declarations that would not be rendered on the website anyways.
Let me know if there's anything else that I'm missing here as well.
Thanks for the above findings. We will discuss these with our UI team and will get back to you.
Hello again;
I recently am attempting to update to the 4.9 supported versions of your guy's plugins, but the advance activity feed is giving me errors
I've included a photo. [image: Inline image 1]

Michael,
We are aware of this issue and we are working on this. We will let you know once it gets resolved.
As of 4.9 this doesn't seem to be a problem since I'm using their new theme, also advance activity wall is giving a mysql error when trying to complete the install, could you look into that please

We have replied in the below ticket for this: https://www.socialengineaddons.com/support/viewthread/43545
I don't know if this is a issue with one of the SEAO updates or social engine itself (It wasn't happening until I started getting updates for SEAO)
Every now and then myself and my users will get a completely white page (css breaking on the /home/) it doesn't consistently happen but its happening enough that my users are complaining about it
