I go to https://sourceforge.net/projects/stefanstools/files/BowPad/2.0.8/ and 
see in dir Home/BowPad/2.0.8 files:

BowPad64-2.0.8.msi  < 5 hours ago
BowPad64-2.0.7.msi  < 5 hours ago
BowPad64-2.0.8-portable.zip     < 5 hours ago
BowPad-2.0.8-portable.zip   < 5 hours ago

This is just error in upload files?
