Converted docs to Markdown #48

I have converted docs from https://spivey.oriel.ox.ac.uk/corner/Oxford_Oberon-2_compiler to Markdown.

It may be useful if you want to migrate to GitHub. These Markdown files can be placed to the repository and will be automatically rendered by GitHub. The links between them will work, because they are relative.

I have converted all pages that are listed in the category and https://spivey.oriel.ox.ac.uk/corner/How_to_add_primitives_to_OBC which is not listed there.

Only https://spivey.oriel.ox.ac.uk/corner/Instruction_set_for_OBC I was not able to convert, because it has strange formatting.

BTW the README file in the current repository is a valid Markdown file. There is only one small issue with the mixed tabs and spaces. You can add the .md extension and it will be rendered more pretty on GitHub.

I have updated markup for the installing pages, to mimic more closely the existing wiki. GitHub doesn't support CSS for Markdown rendering, applied some workaround.
