BeastSaber Bookmark Feature #12

Add option to see the Beast Saber bookmark status for songs by providing an account name in the settings and caching the hashes of all bookmarked songs.

Lgtm, thanks. Just on a note, I'm not using beastsaber, so if anything breaks (because of me or anything else), you'll probably need to step in to fix it as I will most certainly not notice it :P

I've fixed a few linter errors and adapted a few things more to my coding style. The new version (1.8.0) with it is now up.
