Unknown request error, no streams can be played. #836

Describe the bug i try to issue the command !play folllowed by an shoutcast streamurl. Example format: !play http://172.0.0.1:8020 The Bot answers: (media: unknown request error) The botlog itself is clear, nothing special appears, except the issued command.

From what i mostly see is that shoutcast uses the icecast http protocol underneath, which should normally work. Do you have any public example where this doesn't work, then I could check the request myself?

yes, you could try http://nlstream.net.ru:8050/club

Well, i see, the link i provided might be an icecast. So its not depending on what kind of Streamserver is behind. It seems to be the format of passing the StreamURL?

!play http://nlstream.net.ru:8050/club plays fine for me.
