I've tried with nsmbe 5.2.1 and 5.4.1 but neither of them will lead to the expected behaviour after patching. Only using https://github.com/SplattyDS/SM64DS-ASM-Patches/commit/cc226f61da4cfd9fb3a5cfa855eff510553b34a3 I was able to get the expected behaviour. Also could we post this as a new xdelta patch as the current one on the repo has a corrupted banner (but does function!). Additionally could it be posted on places like romhacking.net to make it more easy to find?
