installation problem on Vista, after IIS enabled. #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download sitemap_win-beta1-20091231.msi 
2. start installation
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
C:/ prompt asks for new password and confirmation,

not seeing this.  Instead, it says  "Changing access permission.....permission 
denied...."  then it shuts down and a new Google Sitemap Generator window opens 
that says there is a problem.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
sitemap_win-beta1-20091231.msi on iis running Vista OS

Please provide any additional information below.
