What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I need to find out why I am getting this error message.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to download teh Windows version.  When I attempt to download, I get 
an error that says 'Please Install Internet Information Service of 5.0 or 
higher'.  I tried to download a later version of my internet, but I am 
already at 6.0.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I want to dowload the windows version to my windows os.

Please provide any additional information below.
