Description

on Ipad 12.9 2021 in Safari 14 the slider is not initialized correctly when "arrows" is set to true:

• the splide_list is being rendered inside the splidearrows wrapper and the splidetrack element is missing

1) create splide slider with enabled arrows 2) open on Ipad 12.9 2021 in Safari 14

Expected Behaviour

it should work just like in the other browsers
