Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, users are still required to manually alter Properties.txt and/or ConfigManager.txt to install config tweaks. This is...highly undesirable, to say the least.
Describe the solution you'd like
The Spore Mod Manager should be able to automate this process. This means that the Mod Identity system will need to allow for tweaks, in addition to package files and dll files.
Additionally, it would be ideal if existing tweaks documented with "manual" installation instructions could also be installed through the Spore Mod Manager (though I've yet to come up with a potential UI for this that wouldn't readily be described as "cumbersome" at best, sadly)
EDIT: I should probably note that being able to remove installed config tweaks in a similarly automated manner is not optional.
...let's just call detecting existing manually-installed config tweaks a stretch goal. It'd be nice to have, but I doubt it's even remotely feasible, unfortunately.
