10 minutes was way too long.

This is actually just an overcautious emergency removal mechanism, snowballs should not disappear by themselves.

I can't reproduce this with the newest snow mod. Related: https://github.com/minetest/minetest/issues/6076

I'm fine with changing it to 10 seconds.
