Distribute with Winget #100

Pomotroid is my favourite desktop Pomodoro app and I would like to be able to install it directly using Winget which is Microsoft's own package manager which I understand to be very similar to appget.

This is something that I'd like to add. I'll look into the process of adding Pomotroid to the repo. Thanks for the suggestion.
