This is an interesting idea. After taking a cursory look at this guide in the Electron docs, it looks possible. Might be a cool future feature to look into.
:), Hope to see this very soon. in the next update :) Really enjoying the sounds!

Add UWP Features using a BackgroundTask https://www.electronjs.org/docs/tutorial/windows-store-guide#optional-add-uwp-features-using-a-backgroundtask https://www.electronjs.org/docs/tutorial/windows-store-guide#optional-add-uwp-features-using-a-backgroundtask
You can pair your Electron app up with an invisible UWP background task that gets to make full use of Windows 10 features - like push notifications, Cortana integration, or live tiles.
To check out how an Electron app that uses a background task to send toast notifications and live tiles, check out the Microsoft-provided sample https://github.com/felixrieseberg/electron-uwp-background.

@fisforfaheem I appreciate your enthusiasm, but these sorts of comments aren't going to speed up the development of this feature. This a free and open source project I work on in my limited spare time. Based on that alone, this feature may take some time or may never be released at all.
If you're interested in seeing the feature developed, I suggest you create a PR. I'm always happy to have contributions to the project.
Thanks, I cant cause i know dart langage and flutter only for now

I mean, can u add support for live tiles for this app, sometimes we use it in touch mode, it would look so great if it becomes like a live tile in start
