Unexpected behavior with player souls with latest release on 1.21 Fabric #11

Description I've encountered a handful of issues relating to player souls on my private server around the same time that may or may not be related.

  1. When in the nether last night with my friends one of us died. He appeared to lag out at the same time he died. I suddenly had tons of items spawn on top of me like a soul was being collected. I was unable to locate a soul or gravestone where he actually died.
  2. The following morning my friend reported to me that they died and it gave them two sets of items letting them duplicate their stuff.
  3. We were being dumb with commands at one point and I accidentally warped everyone to the same spot and they died of fall damage. Our souls were on top of each other and only one of us was able to grab it at a time so unless the correct person grabbed it the rest of our souls under that one would be inaccessible.
  4. After i started having these strange behaviors i noticed souls were giving me bundles which I thought weren't enabled in my world and I had to open them by hand to get the items

I can't produce logs for this one due to it not crashing the server or anything. Let me know if you have any additional questions

// 3. is a bug I’ve noticed too and will try to resolve soon // 4. is just the way the soul links work (if they fail to give back items, they’ll give it back in a bundle that self clears after being opened)

// 1. & 2. I haven’t seen occur, they may just be conflicts with other mods/configuration (one vanilla configuration I know for sure that causes issues is do immediate respawn enabled)

Will keep this issue open for more details or any further info/issues are found
