not necessary, but how do you feel about reacting to the user's message as well as kicking them?

Optional: Could you also remove To_Implement.md as part of this PR? I've created issues for everything in there now

@Mill1893 before so long as you formatted your request correctly anyone could submit a post request to the url and it would run it. Now the request has to be hashed using a signing key. which only Slack and AWS know
