Delete Giphey Dependency #74

Frankly giphey leaves a lot to be desired. And it's function is already in slack via the /gif command.

Googles gifs are much cooler. Should change over to using them. Also this will remove the sticker me command but no one has ever used it. So it shouldn't be missed
