Can't remove alliances from Attackable & Hostile #301

You can add new ones but there is no remove option in the editor.

Can't hurt to check if it's the same in the other parts of the dbEditor (NPCs, 
shops, ...)

You can remove them using Delete, there is just no UI button for it.
