TopDown not working. #303

I do apologise if this is incorrect. I've checked the forums, etc and no one 
else has reported it, so maybe it's just me but the TopDown isn't working and a 
lot of errors are visible for this build in VS.

I'm using the latest revision (4478).

Just to confirm, side-scrolling works, but the debug TopDown does not.
