Update Manager Improvements #330

- Be able to manually upload the files to FTP (aka no auto start of uploading 
by the update manager + a button "Manual upload finished" that haves the 
manager upload the sync_complete file)

- Be able to revert to the previous version in the GUI of the manager

I think it would be better if we try and find a decent game update framework to 
use instead. I'll leave this open until one is found. But it would be helpful 
if others could contribute in the search.
