Online User list

Like the friend list, but showing all online users. GM's on the top of the list;

I'll do this as it will only take minutes. However, should this really be 
available to users? Seems more specific than as a vanilla NetGore feature.

I don't see why users should have a list of all online users. Maybe it could be 
by map instead?

Because it's nice to see who is online. For example, SVO has over 100 maps 
already, there's no way people would encounter eachother if there's only a 
handful people playing. The online list could show the player where other 
people are.

Just think of this as another added bonus for the social side of the engine. 
This somewhat compensates the limited number of players online simultaneously.

I agree, it shouldn't be on a map basis (although this can be done), but I 
still see it as a specific feature. However, I'll code it later any way :D.
