Trading

Can't seem to trade items with other players. 

Also include number of cash player has on trade form or something similar.

Notes:
I have found 2 problems, 1 of which is fixed.
#1 - UserInfo wasn't being passed - Fixed.
#2 - Item ID is returning as 0 for any item placed in the Trade window.

I'll try and fix #2 and commit the changes ASAP :).
