Updating music and sound automatically - just like GRHs #348

Is there any particular reason we haven't enabled this? It seems like it'd 
streamline the end user process and making things a lot easier to do. Maybe we 
should actually move some of this logic into CopyContent; and rename it 
'ContentProcessorTool'. 

Thoughts?

Good point, and can't think of any reason why not to off the top of my head. It 
is the way it is because the automatic GrhData updating came after the 
sounds/music was implemented, and I haven't done anything with those in a long 
time.

The logic would be in the editor, not CopyContent. Just like the GrhDatas, it 
should be auto-updated from the files in DevContent when the editor loads.
