Allow to enable/disable the P&M client in settings #38

Add an option in settings, that will allow disabling (and enabling afterwards) the P&M option. Place some text below (ask Guy) explaining the importance of this option and what is exactly is being sent.

This is very important for privacy concerns.

Should disable the FW update check as well:

"Oh also, I see by the fact that it knew about the new update the miner is still apparently phoning home even when device registration is off. It shouldn't do this"
