Extend real-time cgminer reports #56

I'm using the BitMinter pool and their stats are usually lower than what it shows on the info on the miner itself. or even higher right now on 3 machines 1.26th 1.40th, 1.53th all have about the same temp reading on my rack as well as all showing about 1.35th on the Main Mine Peon page.

It would be very appreciated if a suggested "Minimum difficulty" and "Work Submits per Minute" for these machines could be provided.
