Dupication of Cyberware parts upon death using a internal defibrillator. #1389

Hey again, guys! I have recently come across an issue where if you prevent your death using an internal defibrillator from Cyberware, it will duplicate all robotic items on your player. Has been tested in single-player and dupe doesn't arise. Steps:

  1. Install the internal defibrillator as well as an additional upgrade,
  2. Ensure they're powered.
  3. die.

Spongeforge: 1.10.2-2254-5.2.0-BETA-2245 Forge: 1.10.2-12.18.3.2254-universal Cyberware: 1.9.4-1.10.2-BETA-0.2.6 Modpack: Resonant Rise 4 - 4.1.1.1-b (Found on the ATLauncher.)
