Stall issues with redstone

I am currently running spongeforge-1.12.2-2838-7.1.7-RC3946

SpongeForge version: spongeforge-1.12.2-2838-7.1.7-RC3946 spongeforge-1.12.2-2768-7.1.5-RC3522 Works completely fine.
Forge version: forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2847-universal
Java version: 8
Operating System: Linux

Think its to do with redstone and rougelike dungeons when a mob walks over a pressure plate.
