Issue Description: In short, Mekanism's Logistical Transports for item movement are dropping items if no player is present. At my base in aroma's mining dimension, I have a number of cofh cobblestone generators feeding into one machine using the transporters from mekanism, and if I go to the overworld or log out for any length of time, I'll come back to piles of cobblestone on the ground. Changing the machine they feed into doesn't solve the issue, but replacing the transport pipe with one from another mod works. However, a fix for mekanism's pipes specifically would be ideal, as none of the other mods I have allow for some of the fine-tuning I need for other machines.
I believe it has something to do with how Sponge handles inactive or unloaded chunks, as leaving a chunk loader next to the generators makes them work perfectly.
No server log, sorry. Nothing is recorded in it since it doesn't cause a crash or anything besides lag from the amount of items that can be dropped if left alone for too long, though I can upload one anyway if you feel you need it.
